I hired a Northwest Rentals truck ('Trish') for two days this week and thoroughly recommend them. I was oriented well to the vehicle operations by the staff member and did a couple of trips between Kumeu and Whangarei over the two days. The truck performed beautifully and the payments process was no-fuss.

Get service! After a unfortunate experience I previously had from HIREACE, I decided to use Northwest Rentals this round. And I have to say a great service!. Their trucks are very well maintained and looked after, with good reverse cameras & great full-electric automatic tail gates that don't stress the batteries. Easy and simple pick up/drop off services, not like previous rental processes. Will be my go-to from now onwards. Highly recommend if they are near by 👌

Hired Billie from Dev at Northwest Rentals and could not have been any happier with the service and response from Dev when dealing with him.Among many of the challenges that come along with moving the contents of your house across cities that we were faced with, Dev managed to conform to them all. He was quick to respond and fit the hire into any schedule we kept throwing at him with a smile and a great attitude and we could not recommend Northwest Rentals any more than we already have to our friends and family.- Great Prices- Best Service- 5/5 stars for sure!

Dear Mabel, we got on so well together, there was definite chemistry on our first date. You're such a smooth operator with a lovely body and a great work ethic. If we weren't both already spoken for we could have let this develop into a beautiful thing...But seriously, this company is extraordinary. Usually vehicle rental companies get hammered with vitriolic reviews by disgruntled customers who had nowhere else to vent their spleen. Not this outfit though. The fact that they name their trucks tells you about the care, dedication and passion they bring to their fleet and customer service.In comparing offerings among their competitors NorWest stood out miles above the rest. The information, availability and pricing on the website make it so easy to find what you need. Top that off with superior customer service, a can do attitude, easy drop off and great communication and you've arrived at one of those rare gems in the business world - a company that truly gets it. I couldn't be happier about my rental experience and would be reluctant to use anyone else from here on in.
