Wow I am so impressed with Northwest Rentals - we asked for a ute on short notice and the team scrambled to get us one. The car was given to us spotless and in great condition. The return was so easy, and the team are so friendly! I have a favourite local rental now 🙂

Loyal customer but due to change of ownership no quality of service. No visible insurance information and no understanding of it when asked to explain the cover. Was used to previous owner getting up and shaking hand, vs new staff shouting to come in while staying seated. Small touches the are lacking. Also told me couldn’t park truck for one hour outside as other customers needed to park there. No showing me the new big truck and tips for using it either like previous owner. Probably won’t use again now due to this staff member.

Needed a Ute to tow my boat up North In December. Unlike other rentals co’s these guys know the difference between 50mm tow-ball and 1”7/8 tow-ball. Booked in Nov turned up to collect morning of the 27th Dec and as requested “Roxanne” was ready to go with 50mm tow-ball fitted. “Roxanne”is late model well maintained Toyota Hilux. Towed the Rayglass 620 with ease! The team at Northwest Rentals are awesome deal with so give them a call! Cheers Mark.

Hands down the best vehicle rental company in Auckland!. Cheapest around in my opinion. Not the first time iv hired from Northwest Rental, and defiantly won’t be the last. The team are always awesome from pick up to drop off and excellent communicators. They are also were super helpful and understanding in the event of an accident and found a quick and fair resolution for all involved. The fleet is new, tidy and always runs smoothly, to the point where I didn’t want to return my rental! Caroline (Rentals name) I miss ya! Defiantly worth the drive out to hire from Northwest Rental, you would find it hard to fault them. Cheers team.

I hired a Northwest Rentals truck ('Trish') for two days this week and thoroughly recommend them. I was oriented well to the vehicle operations by the staff member and did a couple of trips between Kumeu and Whangarei over the two days. The truck performed beautifully and the payments process was no-fuss.

Get service! After a unfortunate experience I previously had from HIREACE, I decided to use Northwest Rentals this round. And I have to say a great service!. Their trucks are very well maintained and looked after, with good reverse cameras & great full-electric automatic tail gates that don't stress the batteries. Easy and simple pick up/drop off services, not like previous rental processes. Will be my go-to from now onwards. Highly recommend if they are near by 👌

Hired Billie from Dev at Northwest Rentals and could not have been any happier with the service and response from Dev when dealing with him. Among many of the challenges that come along with moving the contents of your house across cities that we were faced with, Dev managed to conform to them all. He was quick to respond and fit the hire into any schedule we kept throwing at him with a smile and a great attitude and we could not recommend Northwest Rentals any more than we already have to our friends and family. - Great Prices - Best Service - 5/5 stars for sure!

Dear Mabel, we got on so well together, there was definite chemistry on our first date. You're such a smooth operator with a lovely body and a great work ethic. If we weren't both already spoken for we could have let this develop into a beautiful thing... But seriously, this company is extraordinary. Usually vehicle rental companies get hammered with vitriolic reviews by disgruntled customers who had nowhere else to vent their spleen. Not this outfit though. The fact that they name their trucks tells you about the care, dedication and passion they bring to their fleet and customer service. In comparing offerings among their competitors NorWest stood out miles above the rest. The information, availability and pricing on the website make it so easy to find what you need. Top that off with superior customer service, a can do attitude, easy drop off and great communication and you've arrived at one of those rare gems in the business world - a company that truly gets it. I couldn't be happier about my rental experience and would be reluctant to use anyone else from here on in.

The best experience I’ve ever had with a rental truck company. Dev was really helpful and made everything so easy. The trucks are in great condition and Doris was a star! Would recommend to anyone moving furniture, without hesitation.
